Virtual Secretary
A complete and innovative booking system that allows your customers to select the type of request and the preferred date for the appointment. The system is highly configurable and allows you to define many parameters such as:
- Type of meeting (preliminary, contract award, etc.)
- Required service type
- Additional services
- Date and time of appointment
- Summary, customer information collection and sending request
Information collected after booking are processed to calculate the required work time and block the reserved boxes (to avoid overlapping reservations).
Such information will be forwarded to you in real time via email. Through desktops, tablets or smartphones, you can then consult and manage your received requests, confirming, modifying, or deleting.
The system acts as a true Digital Secretary, taking appointments for you even when you are absent or busy, calculating the required time, communicating the collected information and confirming the appointment to the customer.
Virtual Secretary is also able to send a reminder to the customer the day before the appointment, requesting confirmation of his real availability.

We offer remote and on-site technical support in both Italian and English, with different levels of priority:
- Standard
Support via email, available Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 6.30pm. Take charge of the activity on the same day of receiving the request. - High Priority
Telephone support, available Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 12.30am and from 2.30pm to 6.30pm. Take charge of the activity on the same day of receiving the request. - Urgencies 7/7
Phone support, available 7 days a week from 8.30 am to 10.30pm. Immediate take charge of the request. - On-Site Assistance
Technical support and training at the headquarters of the Customer, to be requested upon prior appointment
