The Website Monitoring Suite includes a number of technical checks of many aspects: performance, traffic, Available Resources, Updates, Security. No aspect is overlooked, thanks to our Suite you will be assured that your site will always be at its maximum.

We offer remote and on-site technical support in both Italian and English, with different levels of priority:
- Standard
Support via email, available Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 6.30pm. Take charge of the activity on the same day of receiving the request. - High Priority
Telephone support, available Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 12.30am and from 2.30pm to 6.30pm. Take charge of the activity on the same day of receiving the request. - Urgencies 7/7
Phone support, available 7 days a week from 8.30 am to 10.30pm. Immediate take charge of the request. - On-Site Assistance
Technical support and training at the headquarters of the Customer, to be requested upon prior appointment
