A complete system to communicate with visitors directly from your site. Live Chat is an innovative system that will allow you to establish a direct interaction between the visitor and your operator through interactive text consoles.
Live Chat technology lets you break down barriers between operator and potential customers, helping to reduce the initial distrust of visitors and providing a direct channel for communicating with your company. It also facilitates interaction with foreign customers by means of written communication, which is by its nature simpler to manage for non-native speakers.
The module includes a fully integrated conversation management system, live chats history, visitor CMS, visit statistics, service rating. A dedicated APP is also available for receiving requests directly on mobile devices.

We offer remote and on-site technical support in both Italian and English, with different levels of priority:
- Standard
Support via email, available Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 6.30pm. Take charge of the activity on the same day of receiving the request. - High Priority
Telephone support, available Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 12.30am and from 2.30pm to 6.30pm. Take charge of the activity on the same day of receiving the request. - Urgencies 7/7
Phone support, available 7 days a week from 8.30 am to 10.30pm. Immediate take charge of the request. - On-Site Assistance
Technical support and training at the headquarters of the Customer, to be requested upon prior appointment
